What Does Pamela Offer to You?
Integrative Body Work *
This work involves taking care of your body before it “gets out of hand” or working to “tune-up” for many reasons. Whole body wellness is important for us to thrive on a daily basis and this work will help to foster that balance. Schedule a time with me to address what the body, mind, spirit need at that moment (this is for people that do not require insurance involvement and will not need an insurance reimbursement form). This type of treatment may include myofascial release, visceral mobilization, and cranial work just to name a few.
Private Movement Session- Pilates, Gyrotonic®, Oov®
As a seasoned movement instructor, Pamela will guide you through a session based on your body’s needs. Her expert eyes can help you to move in safe ways on equipment or as a Pilates Mat/Oov® session. Try out the Oov, which looks a bit like a fancy soft foam turtle used to integrate your body, challenging balance, core strength, and freeing up your hips and shoulders all the while working to find your “center”.
